I work at Bolton Museum and have the curious job title (as far as museums are concerned anyway) of Digital Media Officer. This means that I look after the museum's digital image archive and also its web site.

I am currently thinking about a project that will somehow mash up Google maps, Flickr and the Museum collections online database to create an interactive and (maybe) social tool for viewing objects and people's stories related to the town they live in.
